This poster was presented at the SCSRC - South Carolina Society of Respiratory Care.  It shows a 5% (1 out of 20), readmission rate of COPD or pneumonia patients in a 90 day period post-discharge.  This is in comparison to other research that shows an expected readmission rate of 22.6% to 41%.
